Program Development

Whether your business is just you, a few employees or thousands of employees, you need a Health and Safety Management System. I provide custom programs specific to your industry and scope of work that will meet both legislative and industry requirements.

Already have a program? In addition to health and safety programs, I also offer individual policies, codes of practice, exposure control plans, safe work/ operating procedures as well as forms and templates.

WCB Claims Management

The Workers Compensation Board can be challenging to navigate for both employers and employees. I provide assistance with reporting to WCB, ongoing claims management, return-to-work planning, modified work plans and liaising with Case Managers and on your behalf.

Training

Employers have diverse training needs and pre-made programs do not always suffice. I create and provide customized Health and Safety training programs that can be delivered on-line or in-person that are legislatively and COR compliant. Need someone to deliver the training as well? No problem!

COR/SECOR Auditing

A Certificate of Recognition (COR) or a Small Employer COR (SECOR) is awarded to employers who have successfully developed and implemented a health and safety program that meets provincial standards. To get a COR, your business must have a health and safety management system in place, and then have it successfully audited through a Certifying Partner.

Pre-qualification & Compliance

Let me help you get the work you want. I can set up and monitor your ISNetworld, Comply Works, Avetta, or any other pre-qualification database sources. I can also help with client specific contractor pre-qualifications to get you on the preferred vendors list.
